Refund and Cancellation Policy

CPR Content Creations provides customized digital and creative services. Due to the nature of this work, all sales are final.

CPR Content Creations does not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, deposits, onboarding fees, one time services, packages, monthly retainers, podcast services, or partially completed work.

Once payment is submitted, it secures time, creative resources, and project planning. For this reason, payments are non refundable, regardless of project status, delays, changes in direction, or client availability.

Clients may request to pause or reschedule services when applicable, subject to availability and at the discretion of CPR Content Creations. Missed meetings, unused services, or lack of communication do not qualify for refunds or credits.

By booking services, submitting payment, or engaging CPR Content Creations, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.
